Drake Injured!

Rapper/singer Drake may have seriously injured his already-banged up knee on Friday night!!!
Lil' Wayne's "America's Most Wanted" touring partner was performing his breakthrough hit, Best I Ever Had, with Wayne when the former Degrassi: The Next Generation star collapsed in the middle of a spin!
Witnesses at the show in Camden, New Jersey, said Drake "put his head down because he was in so much pain."
Four men carried Drake off the stage and left Lil' Wayne hanging in the middle of the performance.

Drake tore his ACL before the tour started, but made the decision to continue on with the tour, without the green light from his doc. The rapper's doctor warned Drake he may never walk again if he managed to tear his ACL a second time.
Let's hope that's not the case!!!

Awww. I hope he's okay. And wow, that's highly ironic! He played a kid in a wheel chair on Degrassi, but on the bright side, he'll already know how to work the wheel chair perfectly, and he won't be paralyzed like he was in the show, just a permanantly torn ACL which is STILL better then having NO feeling OR use of your entire lower body.

This is so stupid. He is not going to end up handicapped. I tore my ACL skiing. Over 50% was still attached and the surgeon decided not to do a replacement as scheduled. Tearing an ACL is common in skiing, and football players do it all the time, get an ACL replaced and are playing again 4 months later. All they do is screw in a new tendon and rehab. In fact, a person can live a normal life with a torn ACL, they just will have an unstable knee, which may give them problems going down stairs.
No one can be handicapped from a torn or even removed/missing ACL.

Get your medical info right. He's in o danger of "never walking again". You need a medical advisor to correct ALL your medical stories, you are always wrong. Your nothing if you don't write with correct info.

are you serious? that little slip was not that serious. he shouldn't have been jumping around like a little rabbit on stage. & there's been much worst accidents that this to happen on a stage. he's not the 1st person to fall & he won't be the last. he'll live. no one made this much of a fuss when Beyonce fells down a flight of stairs in her concert two years ago. so please, this isn't such a big deal.

That is exaggerating, big time.
1. You can't tear your ACL twice. If it's torn, it won't heal until you get surgery to fix it. When the damage is done it can't get much worse.
2. Even if your ACL is completely torn, you can walk fine.
I tore mine completely, along with another ligament and some cartilage in my knee.
He can be back onstage in a few days after the swelling goes down and pain goes away.
He will be able to finish the tour, he just shouldn't do anything too jumpy/jerky on stage.
He definitely will not be confined to a wheelchair.

I was there. The crowd waited all night for drake! Wayne highlighted a bunch of other young money rappers and last was Drake. he only got through successful and 15 seconds of You the Best before he fell.
the atmosphere of the concert just wasn't the same after that. poor drake.

I have never heard of someone becoming crippled for life from a torn ACL. I've had my ACL reconstructed in one knee and the PCL in the other and walk (and run) completely normal. PCL tears/surgery are way more painful btw! An ACL tear is very common and he should be back to 100% in 6 months at most, as long as he does his rehab.
