Daniel Baldwin Is A Creeper, Woman Seeks Restraining Order

After firing Daniel Baldwin's niece, a woman in Malibu is requesting a restraining order against the actor as she claims he has been threatening her family.
Baldwin's niece, Jennifer Keurhler, worked as the family's nanny, and after she was let go, Daniel began to harass the family with threatening phone calls and text messages. The woman, Helen Smith, has found the entire situation very unsettling, especially considering Daniel's past.
She said, "I know that Daniel Baldwin had had numerous issues with drugs and was concerned for the safety of my children and family."
We would also be fearful. Perhaps it's time for someone to have another stint in rehab.

Does anybody have details or facts? Who is this woman anyway? Does she drive straight? Is Daniel Baldwin a so called "fuck up" because he gives a lot of his money to charities who are trying to find a cure for breast cancer or charities who are trying to find a cure for AIDS? If so, then how can I become a "fuck up"……..dumb ass (not damb ass)?

Daniel Baldwin would never stalk or threaten a family with children. This lady who is making these allegations is a serious alcoholic and obviously just wants to be in the lime light. The Baldwins are not fuck ups. They are amazing people with huge hearts. Clearly anyone who wants to sit here and talk trash about celebrities that they don't even know has many insecurities and should spend more time worrying about themselves than spending time on perezhilton.com. All the media ever shows you people is the stuff that grabs your attention which is highly exaggerated, and negative. Anyone who comes to this website daily should probably sit back and think about what your purpose on earth is.
The Baldwin brothers have done to many great works of cinema to let some stupid thing like this effect there careers. I'm sure there is another side to this story. A struggling economy seems to bring out the opportunists of society. Has anybody done a background check on this woman, Helen Smith? In many cases, it takes a drug addict to know a drug addict.
Daniel Baldwin your nothing but a Beaver and you can take that anyway you want. Your record speaks for itself you don't have shit anybody wants. I would pull an order on you also if I had kids. Save the planet and leave all women alone.
