Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black has slapped the website responsible for leaking the bareback pHOtos of Black and his partner (at the time) all over the internet!
Starzlife.com is at the receiving end of the suit, with Black's legal team hoping to hault all distribution of the pics as well as requesting a massive $3 mil from the site!!

The lawsuit claims the Milk screenwriter had no idea the pictures were being taken by his partner, Jeff Delancy.
Dustin's lawyers are hoping to make their case in front of a jury, but the suit will most likely end up being settled for some major $$$$$ because Black's legal team may or may not have some very incriminating evidence against the site.
DLB's people may have even hired a PI to pose as a buyer and propositioned Starzlife for the sale of the pics!

If no one was given permission, by Mr. Black, to publish such personal pictures then he should sue. That means he can sue you as well, Perez, because you posted those pics without Mr. Black's permission as well. He could sue every website that posted those pics.
