Leighton Weighs In On Sex Tape Rumors

Leighton Meester graces the cover of the September issue of Harper's Bazaar, and in her interview she finally discusses the infamous sex tape rumors.
According to Leighton, she claims the tape "is not real, so it makes me sort of sad. It's unfortunate that it got carried as far as it did… I definitely understand the nature of people better now and that the mere allegation of something like that could be headline news. People think it's real because somebody says it is."
Sounds like Leighton's life has gotten a little too Gossip Girl for her liking.
We're not sure we believe her either. Of course she's going to deny it!

All the other sex tapes were either immediately on the web, or the stars lawyer was immediately in the court room keeping it from being released. Since after all this time has gone by and it hasn't surfaced on the net and no vicious lawyers have been in court on her behalf. I tend to believe her that it really doesn't exist.
