Miley Cyrus Stalker Arrested AGAIN!

Yesterday, Mark McLeod, aka the Miley Cyrus stalker, was arrested again "without incident" at his home. Officials from Tybee Island, Georgia, called the Columbia police force to keep him in containment until they arrived with their arrest warrant.
Supposedly, the Cyrus Stalker was warned to stay away from the starlet, but was seen back in the Tybee Island, where Miley is shooting her new movie The Last Song, on Sunday.
Police officials in Columbia say that the officers from Tybee Island will retrieve Mark and bring him back to sentence him in their jurisdiction.
So they are taking him BACK to where Miley is staying and filming? Isn't that a little counterproductive?
Let's hope they keep the crazy away from Miley!
