Kate Gosselin Moves On (Literally)
As we mentioned before, Kate Gosselin has got herself a new home in Maryland.
We also told you her bodyguard and rumored lover Steve Neild lives in the area and probably helped pick her place out.
Well guess what, Kate's new Rockville, Maryland condo is a reported 40 feet from Neild's home!
Gosselin has allegedly put down $700,000 for the one-bedroom condo. Kate's new place will be her home away from home for whenever Jon decides to stop pretending he's in his 20's and visits the kids in their Pennsylvania house.
Says a bitter "friend" of Jon's, "Kate feels like she has her cake and gets to eat it too. She has the big house with her children in Pennsylvania and a hideaway with her new love in Maryland. What more could she ask for?"
Maybe for her ex-husband to grow up????

i heard via DC area people that Kate Gosselin was NOT moving to Rockville.
She commented to the media that she would NOT be moving to Maryland because it was too far from her home in PA. FAKER! She tried to make herself out to look good, like she does everything for her kids and would never move to Maryland, but really is! What a liar!
Why exactly is it ok for her to have a new place and a boyfriend (WHO IS MARRIED!!!) but not ok for Jon to do the same. That is bullshit! If I had been married to that shrew for so long I would have shot my self by now not just gone out partying.
Why does everyone jump on kate's case for selling books, leaving Jon alone with the kids, when he went to work for the first couple of years and left her with the kids. They both had help. Selling books was the equivalent to a job for Kate. I don't see anything wrong with that.
On another note. Didn't people.com report that she wasn't even looking at apartments? She was having a coffee or something with a friend by the condos, but wasn't even there to see an apartment. The realty people even said so. I don't trust Star Magazine.

"She is not buying or renting in the area," says the source. "Kate was having lunch there, and after spending a total of one hour in a restaurant that has condos for sale above it, a rumor began that somehow, suddenly, she was buying a condo there. I'm pretty sure you're a bit behind on this, Perez. A rep for Kate came out last week and said that Kate was simply having lunch in that building, and was not looking at condos. However, it's still strange that she's having lunch right around the corner from Steve's office. And if media outlets can get video of Jon and Hailey having dinner, why can't we get it for POSSIBLY Kate and Steve?
