This is actually a first look at Salma Hayek's character in the upcoming movie Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant.
The flick is based off of a series of young-adult books about a boy who becomes an apprentice to a vampire in a traveling circus.
Salma plays Madame Truska, "the hirsute woman in a traveling freak show and girlfriend of the titular vampire" who sprouts that nasty beard whenever she gets "passionate" with the vamp.
Freaky, yet fantastic.

Hahaha I read the entire 12 book saga..it was really good..and even though people might say that they are copying twilight they arent..this is totally on a different level and it is more eye catching than twilight…sorry but it is lol
