Leo Braves A New World Remake

It's been a made-for-TV movie several times, but now the literary classic by Aldous Huxley, Brave New World, is making it to the big screen.
Ridley Scott is slated to be the man behind the lens of this futuristic epic with Leonardo DiCaprio at his side as his producer and possibly his star.
The project is still in the development stages, but sources say that the flick could pick up momentum after Ridley finishes Robin Hood.
Are U interested in seeing the movie?
Or just watching Leo in it?

def in the movie, read the book, and it was interesting!
Leo is a ass…
he just sucks
Leo?? Blech!!!! I remember him from "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" that was filmed here near Dallas and he was an asshole even back then in his early career. Little dickwad.
I saw the TV movie in the 90's with Peter Gallagher, which made me want to read the book. (It was pretty good for a TV movie..), I'm glad there's talk of it hitting the big screen, it is a great story. Who cares about Leo DeCraprio, if Scott directs it, it will be worth seeing no matter who is the star.
I think Brave New World is better than 1984. I will absolutely see it. Most people don't know about Brave New World since most high schools forgo reading it compared to 1984.
Brave New World is actually one of my favourite books of all time. I find it less depressing than 1984 while still getting the same basic points across.
no not with him…he's a yawn-er. no offense just he doesnt bring much but the face which is not that exciting either, lol, now that i think about it. a skip for me:)!
Ridley can do it justice and Leo can act if directed properly. It's also one of the greatest bits of sci-fi I've ever read - very trippy and very sexy. I can't wait!
yay this is a totally sci fi classic and i think leo can be trusted to do it well
I don't think Leo would be the most awesome person to talk to, but I love this book, and I'm sure he would do a great job with the movie.
Very interested in seeing it but I'm terrified that they won't be able to transcend the true meanings of the book onto the big screen… It's a really difficult book to transform into a movie.
But Ridley Scott directing gives hope. ^_^ And DiCaprio may be an asshole, dirtyfinger, but in the past few years, he's proven himself to be a great actor.
Im so excited!!! I love that book, I dont care who is in it, I am there!!!
sooooo exctied for this, it's an AMAZING book, and i love leo.
good combo. plus, ridley is the shit.
BARF
It was a really weird book… I'll be really interested to see how they can film this without controversy…
Yeah! I'm excited! I love this book!
Gah!, In the wrong hands, this one could be screwed up so badly on film. And it's a sure bet it will be. Another great piece of literature manipulated into craptastic cinema.
LOVE the book. Not so excited about leo. i don't think he fits. at all.
SUCH A GOOD BOOK
i'll se anything with leo in it!
I LOVED the book. All the movies so far, not so much. However, I'd give ANYTHING with Leo DiCaprio in it and Ridley Scott directing it a chance to wow me.
ridley scot = blade runner, aliens, etc
Sounds great!
I am excited! I never knew it was on film in any form. I read the book in like 1999, I loved it.
I'll wait for the reviews. Ridley Scott films are always very iffy. They're either really good or really awful but never anywhere in between - lol
Best movienews in ages!
I read this book in high school. I thought it was amazing. I'm totally all for seeing it on the big screen!
Scott directed Alien and Blade Runner, so I think BNW (one of my favorte books) is in the right hands.
But Leo di Caprio just doesn't seem right.
YES YES YES! amazing book! i hope the movie won't disappoint.
Get ready to be indoctrinated into your future boys and girls.
(1984) though they both have the "world ending, everyone's controlled" theme, they're not comparable, i think - both are my favourite books, and i will watch the movie.. though i already know that i will mumble "so true, so true" throughout the film and will be depressed after..
i hated the book… def not interested in the movie.
AMAZING BOOK. But Leo as the lead role makes absolutely no sense if you read the book. I imagine the main character being a little more average and stocky.
Would NOT like to see Leo in it, but all the same, very excited for the movie! AMAZING book!
this book is amazing, and leo is some good casting
I hated this book.
Aldous Huxley is one of my favorite writers, I love the doors to perception. This is the most interesting story on your web page today Perez, all the other news is sooo BBBBoooooRRRRRiiiiiNNNNNggggg, ugh. slow day.
OMG!!! Sooooo excited the book was intense!! BUT!!! I really would like it a zilllion times better if leonardo wasnt in it im really not a fan of his!
the book is one of my favorites!! i will be there
This is an all-time favorite book of mine. I'd love to see it adapted for the big screen… and I even think Leo would be a good fit for the main role!

loved the books, but if DiCaprio goes anywhere nears this, I'm out
I love that out of Perez's millions and millions of readers, it looks like about 50 of us have actually read Brave New World.
oh my gosh!!! finally! i never knew that they made it on tv but im sure it wasn't that great anyway, but i can't wait until it actually makes theatres!!!
Exploiting Aldous Huxley with Leonardo DiCaprio. Not very excited about this one.
I see ANYTHING with Leo in it! He is awesome and rocks! I think I have heard of this novel but whatever it's about, u can bet I will be there to see LEO!!!
what fucking garbage.
this leo bs, website and fucking ideas are all garbage.
god damn it.
thanks hollywood for ruining yet another book
I've been dying to see this made into a movie for years. It's very appropriate at this time as a lot of what was in the book has come to pass, and a lot that could if we let it happen!!
I DON'T THINK DICAPRIO IS A GOOD CHOICE AT ALL!
GUESS I'LL HAVE TO SKIP IT AND JUST KEEP PLAYING THE BETTER VERSION OVER AND OVER ON DVD. EQUILIBRIUM.
Sooooo xcited! 'Bout time this book was done justice in a film
