Neverland Might Become A Tourist Attraction!

Looks like Neverland might move… to Vegas!

There are talks of turning Michael Jackson's old home into an attraction in Las Vegas.  Apparently, the Jackson's estate is actually considering the idea.

According to a source, "the idea is to take physically everything that's not part of the dirt and reassemble it in Las Vegas."

Colony Capital, the investment firm that bought the property last year to save it from being auctioned, is drafting a business plan for the Graceland-like endeavor, which would include a museum, theater, and potentially a burial spot for the departed King of Pop.

The move would cost tens of millions of dollars, but would ultimately end up turning a profit, should business projections go to plan.

What do U think of the idea to transport Neverland to Vegas??

Would U go visit it?

I live in Vegas and we don't need another cheesy destination. Please leave Never Land where it is!

    2. 102

That's just tacky and gaudy. It would lose it's luster if they move it. If they do anything, they need to leave it where it is.

Heck yeah I would visit!! that would be awesome!

Posted on Yahoo: "The Los Olivos Business Organization… released a statement stating its opposition to a Graceland-like venue in its midst. " ATTENTION: These are the rich snobs in Los Olivos trying keep Neverland Ranch closed to the public. All the LOCALS WANT Neverland Ranch to be opened to the public! Contact their elitist organazation, (LOBO) Los Olivos Business Organization at — WWW.LosOlivosCA.com — and tell them to shut up and back off! They've made their money and don't care about stimulating the local economy that is in need of new jobs and businesses. They have kept new jobs from being created here in the local area! They harass the locals and NO ONE here likes them!

I think they shouldn't move it; but I support the idea of making it like Graceland.

    6. 106

I don't think it should be moved. I guess you could make it like a memorial to him. But he moved because of the police investigation. And hellz yea I'd go!

Do not move Neverland are you out of your mind?? When i walk into Graceland,as I have done countless times in my life,,there is still a strong sense of Elvis there,,its much in the same was as sacred Indian mounds or a Cemetery,,the place itself it still alive,,to move Neverland to Vegas would be the same as digging up Jim Morrison and moving him and his remains to Vegas as an attraction..dont do it.

No i wont go visit., Neverland wasnt in vegas it was in L.A is not the same and wont ever be the same. Its like me going to visit the white house in chicago…you think it be the same and all..HELL NO (all would be fake)> they need to leave it here, it would be more interesting, and i personally think there is no place like home and that is in LA. I would defetnely get more of a thrill visiting Neverland here, and walk the same halls Michael did when he was alive. Its not about moving furniture, its about being where the actual being lived at.
