Nicole Launches Maternity Line!

As we mentioned before, Nicole Richie has designed her own clothing collection for maternity line, A Pea in the Pod.

Yesterday in Beverly Hills, a glowing Richie hosted the launch of her maternity collection.

And just look at that belly.

She's about ready to pop!

And yet she's still looking damn good.

Pregnancy suits her well.

      anyone who's ever been pregnant knows there is a distinct lack of hip clothes that don't make you look like a cow. good for nicole for coming up with some good stuff!

      Look, no offense, but could she just go away? First she got some fame because she was PAris hilton's friend, then some because she and Paris stopped being friends, then some because she became horrifically annorexic, then because she was Dating Benji Maddon, …..ok, enough, We know she isn't really designing this stuff, just pasting her name on a label on a dress some poor person in the basement of the building designed.

Oh, let's not forget making your shopaholism legitimate by "creating a fashion line". Um, yeah. And then hopefully her man will stop flirting and screwing with other women long enough to propose to her. LOL.

      Does anyone actually think these two will ever get married? Or will Nicole keep having babies in hopes that Joel will commit? What a pathetic excuse for a woman.

      Let's review Nicole's qualifications -

      - co-starred (as a last resort backup) to Paris on a banal reality show and obnoxiously displayed to America what a callow boor she is

      - got in on the bulimia craze for a bit (though I guess thats not really a talent or an accomplishment per se)

      - got her hooks into a semi-talented musician in an MTV friendly band (whose half life is long over, divorce anyone? oh, and again not a talent/accomplishment)

      - had a baby (a talent over half the planet has)

      So why is she famous? This doesn't qualify most Americans to work at KFC.

      I think she look lovely being pregnant. I'm jealous - I just look fat! I don't think she's about ready to pop. Women typically start showing earlier and get larger with subsequent pregnancies since everything has already been stretched out before. Too bad she didn't come out with this earlier in my pregnancy. I can't justify buying maternity clothes when I'm almost due!

      Well I have seen FATTER Pregnant woman she is by far not fat! She is pregnant and she is eating for 2 at least she should be. Watch her pop right back down to her normal size. Most women do if they took care of themselves and did not gain too much weight. I never gained with mine. And, i always lost an extra 10 pounds when all was said and done. Plus every woman is different. I hate food when preggie. Makes me sick. But, I eat healthy and everything turned out alright.

      Re: kumbyah – Since I am a diabetic I stick to a lot of fruits and veggies. Red meat is making me sick. Always a call back on it. I eat lots of fresh fish and veggies. Every now and then I will have a steak. No pork.
      Thanks for asking. But, i am working my way to becoming a vegetarian.

      Well that's fine, go Nicole, I just hope that she leaves that poor baby out of the media, unlike her first born who was posted on the higher bidder for a fee. Sure the money went to a charity? But what about a child's right to privacy and safety? These celebritites care about getting media at any costs, and if it is a baby than "rock on"…Just go have your baby, quietly, with modesty, and be humble for a change, and fianlly thankful that she is able to have healthy babies.       From getting a DUI because she was facing the wrong way on the 5 freeway in her SUV while on pills + booze - I'd say, she's proof positive children can do do amazing things like… inspire a woman to pull her life together and enjoy, relish, and cherish motherhood, ya' know - mature [or] like Brit and Madonna freak out, have plastic surgery, bust up a marriage(s) date younger men and look like a buffoon, and farm out the care of your children.

      Just because she is popping out babies does NOT mean she is a noble person. She drove the wrong way on the freeway stoned out of her mind. Some woman in New York state just did that and killed herself and seven other people. She is herion addict. She is lazy, spoiled, selfish and has no work ethic. Does anybody with half a brain cell really believe she "designs" this overpriced jewerly and clothing line? These maternity clothes are pretty expensive for something you will wear for a few months. We are in the middle of the worst economic crisis since The Great Depression and she thinks pregnant woman are going to plunk down $100.00 plus for her crappy clothes??? She's a giant douche.
