Victoria flew into Denver for the first round of Idol auditions on Friday, and according to inside sources, the former Spice Girl didn't bring her A game to the table.
"It didn't go too well," says a production insider. "She tried too hard to be 'nice,' but came off as icy and wooden."
Gotta brush up on those acting chops, Posh!
Contestants were also said to be "deeply" disappointed when they showed up to the Paula-free audition!

Paula was the "nice one" right? Posh may be nice, but she seems a bit stiff. If they want nice try Amy Grant. I would like to see someone legendary like Madonna, Eric Clapton, Neil Young, or similar.

I can understand Paula's dilemna - what she was offered compared to Cowell or Seacrest is simply gender discrimination. She does the same work! But, it is awful to hear that someone walks away from $10 million dollars. In this economy? No matter how thin you make it, a pancake always has two sides. If Paula takes the "economy" stance, she should stand proud and take the $ and do it for the fans — their HER fans, too!
Truthfully, I have never seen her appeal but she has a good looking husband to be paired with. Like lawrence Welk always looked good dancing with younger women.

She can't sing, her "fashion designs" are blatant rip-offs of proper designers, and her modelling career?!?!? That is one ugly model! She is desperate to be in the limelight - in any way she can. She is just not a likeable person at all. She is too interested in posing for the paps and just looks stuck up and fake. Anyone who take their kids for a day out to the park in a pencil dress and stilettos is clearly more interested in being papped than actually having fun with her family.
