Madonna and her monster veiny arms arrived in Denmark today with all her children in tow.

      This is what happens when you are an exercise junkie and a lunatic who does not boost her body with fuel energy before or after working out. Your muscles become tight and atrophied, and your body loses all of its fat stores trying to keep up with the exertion. And liquid fasts with vitamins don't count.
      It doesn't appear that Madonna takes in ANY fat, and her body quite obviously NEEDS it, despite the ridiculous "diets" out there that tell us all to give it up. This, and well, let's face it: The woman isn't getting any younger. Skin sag is gonna happen whether she fights against it or not.
