MJ Was To Have Second Physical

According to the insurance company, Michael Jackson was slated to have a second physical at the time of his death. Though he had already completed one in February as requested by the promoters AEG Live, the British carrier, Llyod's of London, insisted on a followup examination.
Clearly, they were right to ask for it. Too bad it came too late.
Could have saved MJ along with saving them from the millions of dollars they're now in debt for not covering possible drug use.
Sad.

Seriously, NO MORE MICHAEL JACKSON NEWS. He was an icon, but it's really overkill to this point. Let him rest in peace.
Doesn't a physical include blood work? What the heck did they do to him the first time watch him moon walk and say he is fine!

Frankly, even if Michael Jackson HAD undergone another physical, it's doubtful anything or anyone could have prevented his eventual overdose. He was on the fast track to self-destruction; eventually all the narcotics were going to do him in.
In my opinion those blood-suckers from AEG new that MJ will never manage to do 50 concerts and that Lloyd`s wouldn`t pay any insurance for breaking the agreement with O2. They were frightened more and more as the day of his second Physical was comming and they killed him by overdosing - it was the last and only way to have their dirty money back…:(
Re: KasiaS – I thought of your theory too! AEG will probably make more money off of MJ dead then if he was still alive and canceling the concerts, sad but true! I don't think AEG counted on the insurance not paying on his dead though, I guess they didn't read the policy very well.

MICHAEL JACKSON music and memorabilia has earned the singer’s estate £60million since his death six weeks ago, according to Forbes magazine, writes Mike Parker.
The demand for the King of Pop’s work means he has already six weeks after his death almost doubled the £32million that made Elvis Presley last year’s highest-earning dead celebrity.
A Forbes spokesman said yesterday: “Within days of his passing, Michael Jackson albums occupied the top five slots on the Amazon sales chart and, if anything, demand continues to grow.”
If official sales continue at the same pace Jackson’s debts of about £300million will be paid off by the end of this year.
Music company executives have ordered re-pressings of all of Jackson’s albums, especially his 1982 hit Thriller, which scooped a record eight Grammys and sold a world record 110million copies before the star’s death.
In Los Angeles last night a spokesman for retailer Target said: “Almost as soon as a new batch of Michael Jackson CDs hits the shelves every copy is snapped up. Supply simply isn’t matching demand.”
A huge percentage of merchandise currently available is unlicensed and of poor quality.
Two LA detectives have been assigned to stop the fraudsters, one of whom was caught selling T-shirts which were embossed with the wrong date of Jackson’s death.
Yawn but nothing would have saved him.He was ready to die from drug related issues for years and probably wanted to die.
