The company tracked ratings by the second and determined that more people fast forward through her comments than any other judge.
Her comments are undecipherable gold!
Even more surprising, Randy Jackson is the most popular judge while people tune out as Kara speaks.
We expected the Kara snoozefest!
Yet, ratings begin to shoot up again when Simon Cowell gives his two sense!!!

she's a blithering idiot. i don't understand why they kept her around for as long as they did. she can't even keep track of what is going on around her. the woman needs to be sent to rehab or something. there is either something VERY wrong with her - like she's functionally retarded - or she's consistently hopped up on vicodin. she does not belong on television.

Again, ANY other job would have fired somebody who showed up drunk or incohearent for 8 years in a row. She was lucky that they were offereing her a few million dollars to come back.
Simon is the only one worth listening to, very rarely Randy or, I hate to say it Kara will say something worthwile, usually once every 3 shows or so. But for a while, like 2 seasons Paula never said one cohearent thing. Remember USA Today used to have an article "Paula Watch" that was dedicated to just writing about her rediculous nonsensicle babbling.

I don't understand your outrage now that she is fired. All you do is ridicule her. I think its really sad that most people want her to stay because they find her incoherent comments amusing. Although she is supportive of the contestants, she doesn't provide them with constructive criticism. So I think it's about time she left. Hell yes. Simon tells it like it is and pulls no punches. I know Kara can be boring, but do you even realize how many Top 40 hits she's written for other artists? I trust her opinion WAY more than one-hit wonder Paula.
I figured Simon would be most popular, and that people would be indifferent to with the other judges. I do like paula though, I mean, her comment a couple seasons back about wanting to "Hug you, squeeze you head off and dangle you off my rear-view mirror" (toward David Archuleta) was too hilarious!! I can only hope that Kara does another sing-off with another contestant!!
