I wouldn't be going in any case…but the Electric Factory is the bomb of Philly area mid-size/intimate-ish music clubs. Guess it's too late for that tip now….

Ok, to everyone saying he has the worst venues or a horrible line-up STFU! Music is a matter of opinion and that is his taste and honestly if you think you like music but your playlist is a constant mash up of top 100 songs on ITUNES than shut up because you are just some mindless idiot who obviously thinks they are a huge Katy Perry, Gaga, or CS fan just because they broke into the top 40 after being around and having followings for a lot longer than you knew about them.
Ida Maria is amazing, as well as everyone else he had playing. And FYI no I didn't find out about them through perez, these people all have great followings. So shut up about them being no-ones obviously you just don't know good music or follow them. Tons of people do and want to attend this concert.
Another thing the venues are small because shows are mostly small venues unless its at an amphitheater which obviously this wouldn't be at. If you are going to say something negative about the concert than stop wasting your time because these artists are truly talented. Another thing. I would love for Perez to bring the tour down to Miami and I am sure he wishes it could come down too but tours are expensive and Florida is a horrible state to have to arrange to play so give him a break.
But these artists are great and just because they aren't huge names doesn't mean anything, learn to discover new music and not just wait for them to be played on the radio.
