Real No-Housewife! Lisa Wu-Hartwell Loses Home

One of the ladies from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Lisa Wu-Hartwell, has lost her million dollar Georgia mansion!
Wu-Hartwell and her husband, fomer Oakland Raider Edgerton Hartwell, defaulted on their loan for the mansion, which resulted in a sale of the couple's home by the bank!
The pair purchased the home for $2.9 million in 2007, which the bank then turned around resold for $1.9 mil.
But it's no biggie, Lisa and her husband have "settled in their [new] home" - which sprawls across 10 acres in Georgia.

Why do they keep getting broke women?
I love the Housewives brand but they keep using women who dont have a lot of money. The New Jersey one the women were all broke. This Atlanta one the women dont have money. Kim lives in a townhouse. Ne Ne and Sheree both downgraded to a smaller house. Lisa cant afford a 2 million dollar house. and we dont know much about kandi.
Jesus, get some Rich women to show, not broke women.

Lisa, who allegedly owns a real estate business, should be familiar with the process: buy = pay; this is not rocket science.
NeNe got evicted for what? Nonpayment of rent.
And Sheree, oh please, I love her boastful, "people are intimidated by my success" and then in the next breath, "my house was foreclosed."
Do not tell me that Dingbat Kim was actually the brains of the bunch per getting a real estate mogul sugar daddy! Well, that-and whether the deed is in her name-remains to be seen.
Nice, buy another home and just bail on your other mortgage. People like this make me sick.
It's well-documented that most of the ATL housewives are not that wealthy. They are all still well-off, yes, but certainly not as wealthy as they pretend. Ditto for some of the Housewives in the other cities too. If you peruse the Real Estalker blog, it's quite evident that many of the Real Housewives are in over their head trying to preserve their lifestyle for the camera.

Re: Sexsai – Hahaha, Sheree's house made me chuckle. It was soo funny when they shown her original house from the last season before the divorce, I was like dayum that's a big ass house and then the pic immediatly switched to the new smaller house she lives in now, hehe HUGE downgrade.
I don't wish bad times on anyone, but I don't get how people can be forclosed on and then turn around and buy another expensive home…..Why do people always want to live above their means? I don't get it!!
