Tori & Dean Respond

Last month, we mentioned how Tori Spelling's estranged mother, Candy Spelling, wrote a public letter to Tori basically bashing her nonstop.
And, even more surprising, she accused Tori and hubby Dean McDermott of using her grandchildren as "reality show props."
You know, cuz Candy has to write this letter since she claims Tori wont answer her calls, texts, or emails. But we're guessing stopping by Tori's house is out of the question.
Now it's Tori and Dean's turn to respond to Candy's remarks.
When the couple were spotted at the airport this weekend, the paps quickly asked Tori if she had read her mom's public letter, to which Tori simply said, "I haven't read anything. We've been on vacation and soooo happy."
But Dean comes to their defense and says, "We don't use our children as props, we take really good care of our children, we love our children … everyone's entitled to their opinion."
And there you have it.
We expect Candy to respond shortly.

Awwww Stella looks bigger than Liam. I love Tori & Dean! As for Candy, she keeps saying Tori is this and Tori is that. She should be the bigger person then and initiate a visit and yes, I agree without cameras. I'm sure they don't film the show 24/7. How hard can that be if she really wants to be in her grandchildren's lives. I think Candy is bitter because Tori managed to be happy without her in many ways.
I'm with Tori and Dean on this one. Candy is a bad mother. Tori should not have to be busting her ass to support her kids (although, I am sure she does not mind). They are good parents. They just hooked up under bad circumstances. Her Dad would not have wanted it this way. She should have at least half her Dad's money. Candy is a money hungry whore.

Hmmmm … as usual, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Tori says they "haven't read anything", yet Dean comes right up and quotes the story (don't use our children as props). I smell some lie tellin'! This family is made for each other, they're all losers and fame whores.

I AM SOOOOOO glad they spoke out about this. They didnt NEED to cuz Candy is just STUPID but I love Tori and Dean. They are real people. I love the show and those kids are SOOOO cute. They are amazing parents.

Re: MissCan'tKeepMouthShut - Actually he AND Mary Jo adopted Lola a month before he left MJ for Tori. He signed the papers… and then he fucked off. MJ had his rights terminated after that and completed the adoption as a single parent.
Either way, he doesn't see his kid(s) from his marriage to MJ, and it's not because she doesn't want him to/his kids don't want to see him. It's because Tori is a controlling dramaqueen who wants herself and her children to be the center of all attention. Anyone who would whore out their family to make money (either Candy or Tori&Dean) needs to give their head a shake.
I don't particularly care for Tori S. but I do feel sorry for her because her mother is SO conditional with her love. She can't convince ME that she loves Tori! Parents should always be bigger and always provide unconditional love. What witch would every say such bad things about their own child, and to the entire world! They shouldn't respond - it only plays into the Candy monster's hands. Frankly the drivel that old bat is spouting makes her look bad enough - they don't need to defend themselves.
Poor Tori and Dean. Candy Spelling seems like a nightmare of a human being. Do you seriously think that making more of a public scene is going to help things Candy. or like you even care? Seems to me Candy Spelling is only concerned with how her society friends view her public image. It was easier for Candy to vilify Tori when didn't have such a public persona. Oh, boo hoo Candy, the world now knows what a bitch you are? What ever will your friends think?
I like their family. I think Tori and Dean are good parents. I really enjoy their reality show. Its about a nice family and the support and love they give each other. The other reality shows, like the housewife ones, are about wives and children who all dress, look, and act like sluts. I enjoy watching Tori and Dean's family, its nice to know there are nice families out there.

Right now Tori is a MOTHERLESS DAUGHTER. Very sad. I've been a motherless daughter since I was 12 when my mom died. I am now 70 years old. Right is not always might….Tori will never be whole until she receives recognition from her cold hearted mom. Good bad or indifferent a mother is a mother is a mother and Tori needs hers. And DEAN shut your pie hole…you are the most UNsupportive husband. Just shut up. Keep yourself busy like you are used to doing by spending Tori's money and sharing her fame.
