Dancing With the Stars Plays By The Rules
Execs over at Dancing With the Stars are trying to put a cap on the DWTS curse for the upcoming season!
The show is taking lots of precautions this year. Such as limiting the amount of hours the stars rehearse!
"There's a rule now that we're not allowed to train for more than five hours a day for the first two weeks," Dancing vet Cheryl Burke, tells E! News.
Oh, but there's more!
"After every two hours, you have to have a 30-minute break. And we have to have one full day off a week," Burke explained.
So what were the previous guidelines for the show????
Rules like these should have been in affect since the beginning!
Cheryl whined to reporters about the new set of rules for rehearsals, saying that five hours isn't nearly enough time for someone's body "to get into it."
Hmmmmm.
If putting in ridiculously long hours at the dance studio wasn't considered dangerous to beginning-level dancers, why did Nancy O'Dell, Jewel, Steve-O and Steve Wozniak - just to name a few - all end up with injuries???

Actors are big fuckin babies! They can't hack it so they say "injury!" and they are off. They don't realize how tough it is to be a dancer whether it be Ballet or Ballroom. It's fuckin hard!! They think "it's like another role! I can prove i can do this! Ill get more parts!" They do it to lose weight and put on their resume.
Perez, your blurb contradicts Cheryl Burke as quoted to E! News. According to them:
Burke praised the producers for the changes, but thinks the five hour daily limit at the onset of training doesn't go far enough.
"I think it should be a four hours," she said. "Your body still needs to get into it."

The celebs CHOSE to work longer. Cheryl always made her celebs stop after 6 hours. She is by far the best trainer at DWT.
Try reading the Eonline article again. Whine? That is not what she said. She said that it should be 4 hours a day because its too much for beginners. If you are going to quote someone, get your facts straight.
