No, these won't be sent out to the Hollywood elite. These are given to the folks who sign up for a weekend Vegas excursion through Night Vision Entertainment, which this weekend includes "Rumer Willis' A-list Birthday Bash." That's how they describe it.

Actually, I heard an interview with her several years ago. She is bright, has a great vocabulary, and seemed at ease with herself. She was hanging with the likes of Lilo and that lasted about 2 weeks. This girl is sharp, her abilities might lie behind the camera, though.

That SinCityInvasion.com website hooks it up for LA people. It's just meant for LA people, who are used to getting A-list treatment (even when they aren't A-list), to get better access than normal people- and I know for sure Night Vision does A-list events in Hollywood so maybe the reason Perez got this invite is because they are sending it to people like him. And when they mean A-list they probably mean people like Demi Moore and Bruce Willis will be there (Rumer's parents), and that's pretty damn A-list to me.

Even though she has a couple decent B (at best)-lister parents, Bruce and Dumee, and a D-lister boy-toy not much older than herself for a "stepfather", Asstoon Kuntcher, Ms. Willis isn't even a Z-lister and worthy of formal public birthday announcement.

It's Vegas!!! TAO is still the best club. Sin City Invasion is promoting a party. Their site looks legit. If you think THIS is cheesy, why don't you check out the AVN Parties. Get over it.
I've already done 3 trips to Vegas this year and used SinCityInvasion.com to book my trip! They got me a great deal on a hotel room and a VIP wristband that got me into tao, tao beach, and lavo with NO line and NO cover =) You guys rock!

Re: Willys Bong – Depends on the location of the picture. Some countries are 21, some are 19, some are 18, some are 16 and others have no limit at all. Even cruise ships up until this year and a few each cruise of total kids getting smashed and tearing up the ship used to be 18.
