the thing about these parties is that they are very rarely A-list. And if an A-lister is having a bday extravaganza they don't need a promoter to throw a party for them. A-lister's don't need to pay people to go!! This is just another Vegas prop party to get people to the club. And I must say, they are diggin' deep with this one.
