We'll give Heidi Montag credit. She might be one of the biggest famewhores around, but at least she's pretty honest (when she wants to be) with the media.
In the interview for her September cover of Playboy, Miz Pratt opens up about her life, her body enhancements, and her desire to have more surgery!
Heidi reveals that for her breast augmentation surgery back in 2007, she actually shopped for boobs by looking at Playboy.
Says the buxom blonde, "When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys."
But then she adds, "I plan to get a few more upgrades … I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups."
So just what might she get enhanced? Heidi reveals, "I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for [Spencer]."

And in his typical Spencer Pratt fashion, the loving husband just had to add, "I wanted to shut down production after every outfit change [at the photo shoot] so I could enjoy [Heidi] all to myself."

If budget is an issue, I'd recommend that Heidi start with a Personality Transplant followed by a full Facial Replacement. These are much more important procedures than another boob job for this particular individual.
