Miz Spears spent her Tuesday afternoon shopping at the Vionnet Boutique on Robertson with what looks like the previous night's makeup still on!

Unfortunately for her, Spears was having so much fun shopping that she spent too much time in the store and when she returned to her vehicle, there was a parking ticket waiting for her at her car.
