Michael Jackson is poised to double his net worth by the end of the year, with earnings close to $200 million dollars in 2009!
Wow! Guess there won't be that much debt for his family to deal with after all!
The rise in funds for the MJ trust will be a result of the dozens of merchandise ventures of the last few weeks as well as the upcoming film project that was just approved. Fans will be thrilled to hear that along with the film, a brand new song will be released to go with it. It is also said that there are about 60 completed recordings that could make it into new albums later down the road.
And so the King of Pop lives on and makes more money than could ever be imagined. Those kids will never have to work a day in their lives!

Its expected that ave from the beginning that by Dec 31st, Michael Jackson will have shifted 50 Million Units globally. This included albums, singles, DVDs etc.
MICHAEL JACKSON music and memorabilia has earned the singer’s estate £60million since his death six weeks ago, according to Forbes magazine, writes Mike Parker.
The demand for the King of Pop’s work means he has already six weeks after his death almost doubled the £32million that made Elvis Presley last year’s highest-earning dead celebrity.
A Forbes spokesman said yesterday: “Within days of his passing, Michael Jackson albums occupied the top five slots on the Amazon sales chart and, if anything, demand continues to grow.”
If official sales continue at the same pace Jackson’s debts of about £300million will be paid off by the end of this year.
Music company executives have ordered re-pressings of all of Jackson’s albums, especially his 1982 hit Thriller, which scooped a record eight Grammys and sold a world record 110million copies before the star’s death.
In Los Angeles last night a spokesman for retailer Target said: “Almost as soon as a new batch of Michael Jackson CDs hits the shelves every copy is snapped up. Supply simply isn’t matching demand.”

US Figures - June 22nd-August 9th 2009 for Michael Jacksons album Thriller is 853,000. Michael Jackson Has #1 Album In US; Dominates With 3 Out of 4 Best Sellers. Michael Jackson's albums continue to dominate the Billboard charts in the United States. According to initial numbers from Hits Daily Double, MJ has the #1, #3, and #4 albums in the country. His Number Ones compilation sold 100,000 copies easily beating out the competition. The Essential and Thriller shifted around 50,000 copies each giving them Top 5 status. Jackson had 6 other titles in the top 50, giving him 9 out of 50 of the best selling albums in the US. Total album sales this week were around 320,000 in the US alone.
Michael Jackson has also been 7 WEEKS AT NO.1 at the UK charts.

What I really, really want to see released is the concert DVD footage of the Victory and Bad tours. Without all of the crowd shots like Dangerous had. Just Mike "Gittin It ON"! Damn he was hot as hell then and could dance like a mug! He had all of this in the can, with every stop recorded on high quality tape. It would be fantastic to have a good copy of it.
Glad that the estate will be solvent soon, hope the kids can have some peace that Mike didnt seem to get.
