Mission Impossible IV In The Works!!!

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!

It's really happening, y'all!

Paramount Pictures, along with producers Tom Cruise and J.J. Abrams, are definitely revitalizing the Mission Impossible franchise, which will surely make make seeing the new flick a mission in itself.

Alias writer/producers Josh Applebaum and Andre Neme will pen the script under Abrams' Bad Robot banner, it was just announced.

M I: 3 was terrible, so if these two could manufacture a version where don't have to watch or hear Tom Cruise, we'd consider seeing it!

Lots of luck with your disaster blockbuster!

    why?

  2. 2

…will the other actors be miniature in size so that Tom looks normal?

  3. 3

    soooooo unnecessary.

  4. 4

Actually MI:3 was NOT terrible and Philip Seymour Hoffman probably made it the best in the 'franchise;' but I agree. They shouldn't make a 4th, they never should've made a second and third, but they always do!

Re: karencarpenter – …most likely yes

  6. 6

How does Tom Cruise still have a career?

  7. 7

im gonna go and say that this loser(Perez) hasnt even seen MI3, since it was hands down the best in the MI series. way to show your lack of movie knowledge you "MOTHERRRRR FUCKERRRRR"

  8. 8

Eeeeeh, Tom Cruise ain't thaaat bad but I probably wont see it. Over all that MI crap!

  9. 9

why don't they just remake it like everyone else seems to be doing these days…..

  10. 10

in what world was mi3 terrible. abrams did a great job directing it. it was probably the best in the series.

  11. 11

Re: karencarpenter – that was pretty good!

  14. 14

I thought M I: 3 was great. It had the Suspense and Thriller aspect of the first film, had great action of the second, and added in fantastic cinematography and direction from J. J. Abrams.

Re: karencarpenter – haaaaaaaaa so true.

  16. 16

WOW AND I THOUGHT YOUR TOUR WAS BAD….

    garbage…

  21. 21

Enough already! Mission Impossible is waaay overdone.

  22. 22

Loved all of the M.I films. Can't wait!

  23. 23

    Re: karencarpenter – O don't get me started!!!! LOL :o )

  24. 24

Would rather see Tom Cruise in a movie then that Skank Angelina Jolie.

  25. 25

MI:3 was actually pretty good Perez. Did you actually see it? It didn't do great box office in North America because of Ton Cruise's crazy antics at the time.

  26. 26

MI:3 was bad Perez!!1 just because a movie didn't make as much money as it was expected to does not mean it sucked!!! It was far better than the first two!!!!! great plot!! I'm pretty sure the reason you're bad-mouthing the movie is because at the time Tom had done his jump on the Oprah couch…. The movie made about 400 million dollars world wide….. u called that failure????

  27. 27

MI3 wasn't TOO bad, but MI2 sure as hell was. I hope it's not horrible..I really did enjoy the first one.

  28. 28

I loved MI3. And oh Perez-I'd bet if you were offered even a 5 second spot then you'd take it!

  29. 29

Thought MI3 was a great movie and was much better than 2. Tom cruise is a great actor that goes all out in his roles in my opinion. Obviously many disagree. Watch him in Vanilla Sky, The Last Samurai, A Few Good Men, or Born on the Fourth of July. He blew it out of the water even if they weren't great films.

Tom-Tom and co. should have stopped after the first "Mission Impossible." Tom should focus on his son's career, since the young un' was cast in the upcoming "Red Dawn" remake. Hopefully, if he uses the same gentle touch that he did with Katie's career, the remake will never get made. Bury MI4 and long live the original Wolverines!

I hope you fucking fail you miserable bastard. Your record label is nothing but a pos. Why do you fucking insult Tom Cruise and family including their little girl Suri. You are nothing but a leech and a parasite.

  32. 32

MI:3 was pretty good and even though they shouldn't do 4, it'll probably make a shitload of money anyway. Hell, I'll probably even go out and see it!

  33. Crowe says – reply to this

M:I 3 was the best reviewed installment of the series. Just because you don't like it, it doesn't mean it's terrible Perez. It was one of the best action movies of the last years and JJ Ambrams did a great job directing, as he did in Star Trek.

But i'm not surprised. What can you expect from someone who likes the shiteous Twilight Saga just because it's full of half-naked men?

    Re: karencarpenter
Hilarious!!! First laugh in a long time, thank you. :)
Maybe they'll use "Dinky cars" and "Tonka trucks" for the action sequences?
