      the problem is that everything out there (designer-wise) seems to be designed for older women. If she wants to wear something that looks great and is fashion forward she has to pick a dress that was designed for someone 25. I am not excusing it. I would never let my daughter wear something like that at 16, but being in the entertainment industry and wanting to look amazing at all times, I can see where she has that problem.

      Here's the low down.. She is an icon for girls 15 and under.. She dresses like this, and she sets a precedent.. Kids are impressionable, and if they see they're hero/role model dress like this, that whole generation will live up to Miley's fashion.. I don't think this is appropriate for any age, but an age that would be more suitable, I'd say, is about 18-20 years old.. She honestly, is trying way too hard to grow up years too fast..       She's 16, her parents prob told a designer to make a dress, and that person made this one.. So if were all blaming people, should the designer be blamed for making a 16 year old look like a 'slut'(if you want to call her that').

      I'm not saying what she is wearing isn't appropriate, what I am saying is this:
      I can tell you atleast 75% of women or even 16 year old girls have had a miss happ with fashion, showing off something they don't want. And let me tell you, you don't think it looks that bad, till you see the photos!!
