After her meltdown, some exercise endorphins could be just what she needs.
A source says that Mischa has really been "focused" on working on her fitness, but that they're also hoping the work-outs will boost her self-esteem: "She has big self-esteem issues. She hates her legs. She isn't comfortable with her body. It's been a big source of stress and self-hate."
