yeah, except brown assaulted her with the explicit intent of causing harm/injury. there is a considerable difference between that and using poor judgment while under the influence of alcohol. and in any case, completely separate issues- its a bit fallacious to compare. those guilty of domestic violence are judged by a different moral code, as they should be. Also, undermining and/or dismissing the seriousness of domestic violence, is offensive and careless.
