The Reason The Cops Were Called To The Gosselin Home
Earlier today we mentioned how the cops were called to the Gosselin house Thursday night as a result of a loud argument.
It was Jon's turn to stay at the house, and when one parent stays the other isn't allowed there.
So when for some reason Kate showed up, an argument arose and the cops were called. Luckily no one was arrested, though maybe they should have taken Jon in just for being a douche.
But now we know why the cops were really called to their Wernersville, PA, house.
The dysfunctional couple was arguing over the hired help, nanny Stephanie Santoro. You know, the same babysitter that Jon hired and was allegedly hooking up with.
According to an inside source, "Kate showed up at the house unexpectedly. It's Jon's scheduled time to be there with the kids." And since Jon was home, he decided he wouldn't let Kate in!
Adding, "Kate couldn't get access to the house. She was upset."
That's when Kate started yelling at him from the fence and someone called the cops. Perhaps Jon?
We're not surprised Jon would be so petty as to deny her access to the house and the kids, even if it was his turn to be there.
And by the way, doesn't Kate have keys to get in???

Perez, in a Divorce it is a HUGE breach for one parent to show up where they aren't supposed to be, that kind of behavior can cause the court to lessen their custody of the kids. Don't try to pretend in this case that John was the douche. She was breaking the divorce agreement, the cops sent her away. If she had a right to be there they would have made John let her in. It's obvious that her folks have struck a deal with you. Nobody could be so blind to the realities of divorce to claim that Kate was doing anything but acting like a controling abusive crazy.

I may be the only one that feels this way, but people always make jon out to be the bad guy. Just look at past episodes and see the way she treated him, i could see it then and thought "damn why does he put up with that?" In my opinion she got what she deserved when he would give her access!!
if this was the other way around with Jon on the outside what would we be saying? Why is Kate going there anyway? I thought she was off doing book tours and TV shows. She didn't go to see the kids, she went to cause a fight. See both sides people. Jon may be a douche but, unless there was some emergency with one of the children, Kate needs to honor the custody arrangement and should not have shown up. There's no doubt behavior is, at best, immature but it's her behavior that will make this situation even more difficult for the children to adapt to.

If Jon was the one yelling over the fence, he would be in jail right now and Kate would be getting a restraining order granted to stop him from seeing his kids. She, apparently, didn't have just cause for concern since the cops told her she had to leave (according to either CNN or MSNBC, she called the cops because Jon wouldn't let her in). Being the children's mother doesn't give her permission to bully her way into the home of the other parent just because she is "concerned" so it wouldn't give her permission to bully her way into the house under these circumstances. I'm sorry but it appears as though she is hell bent and determined to make sure this is as emotionally disruptive to her children as humanly possible. I wouldn't put it passed her to ensure the kids are alienated from their father. It's a shame that way too many divorced parents are too busy grinding an axe against their ex without real regard to the children.
