Fishy Phelps Knocked Back A Brew Before The Accident!!
Turns out Michael Phelps was drinking before last Thursday's car accident in Maryland!
Phelps downed a beer an hour and 15 minutes before the accident occurred, he admitted to police!
Baltimore police have ruled out the booze as the cause for the accident because Fishy showed "no signs of alcohol impairment."
Although the other driver, Amanda E. Virkus, was at fault for the collision (she ran a red light), do U think the beer may have had an impact on Phelps' reaction time????
INTERESTINGLY enough, police did not administer Phelps any sobriety tests.

Here in good ole' Indiana you are required to take an excise class in order to get your liquor license, that said. I learned in the class that a 23 oz. beer stays in your body for an hour, if Phelps drank an hour and 15 minutes before the crash there is no way that beer effected him. It has everything to do with your body mass and weight. I'm pretty sure police can't administer sobriety tests unless there is some sign of impairment.
