Normally I'm not one for people covering Mraz because they usually do a horrible job…but this was really nice. he has a great voice and kept true to the song!
He does a nice job but JASON MRAZ is still #1!!!!
i was there in dumfries last night two rows from the front and leon was incredible - he sang a version of "candy" by Paulo Nutini and it was incredible - hes one to watch all! x

and I'm not just saying that because I'm on vicodin, I'm saying it because he doesn't capture the personality or the flirtatiousness of mraz… he's just saying the words. blegh.

Leon can sing yes but he's only really good at doing everyone else's songs. Creative was a really good single but I haven't heard anything to top it. I am a BIG Mraz fan and Leon has done nothing to add his own spin on this song. He just doesn't have the same charisma as Jason.

it's fine, but once you've experienced mr. a-z playing this live, nothing will ever compare. the way jason keeps his own songs fresh and exciting every time is miraculous.

I think he did a nice job on the song and I have to say that the little kid in the background was just too cute! Added to the flavor of the moment and the festival. He's not Mraz…but I don't believe he's trying to be. Just himself doing another's song. Nice job.

I really like this. It would be good if Leon made an album with songs like that.He should make it his new sound.
Is this a joke? That was an acceptable version for a karaoke bar, nothing else. I can't believe Perez likes this. It was formulaic and awkward.

I'm sorry, but this is a no-no for me.
A) I'm obsessed with Jason, and I believe that once you experience him fully live, you will never go back to anybody else.
B) Like a couple of comments before me, I agree that he didn't sing this song. He said it. This song is meant to be jazzy, fun, flirtatious, playful, and about what he looks for in a woman. It's sexy. He didn't capture that. It was basic, and flat. Yes, his voice was good, but that doesn't make the song good.
There's my two cents, if anybody cares.
And by the way, I completely agree with "myloveisfreeing". Until you've danced your ass off to this song in the middle of a packed concert hall, you haven't experienced this song. THAT'S what should be getting the attention here.

Wow, this really makes me appreciate how good a singer Jason Mraz is. I mean, this is good but after seeing Jason perform this song live I couldn't even stand listening to this version. There is no comparison.
