Madonna had herself one hell of a 51st birthday!
Madge packed up all her kids and her boytoy Jesus Luz for a trip to Portofino, Italy, to celebrate.
On Monday, the whole gang paid a visit to Madonna's pals Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce, before taking a trip to the home of Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi. Our material girl don't mess around!
She knows everybody!
During their visit, the family, including little David and newest addition, Mercy James, went out on a private yacht to take a swim in the ocean.
From the looks of things, Madonna took more than one plunge on the trip as some serious PDA was evident between the pop icon and Jesus.

I've been inspired by Madonna since 83, and am still inspired.
