Eva Longoria is doing some major hustlin' these days!
The Desperate Housewives actress will be opening a Vegas location of her Hollywood-based Latin restaurant Beso on New Years Eve 2010!
"Vegas has the most energy in the world. It's a foodie city, which is great for us because of our menu," Eva told reports about her decision to open a Beso in Sin City. "Everything we offer is pretty unique. Nobody in Vegas has anything similar."
Beso Vegas will be similar to the original Beso as far as the menu is concerned, but there will be drinks and specials exclusive to the Vegas restaurant, as well as an upstairs lounge area, called Eve.
But Eva's not stopping there!
Longoria Parker is planning on bringing Beso to airports nationwide with Besitos!!!
Besitos will feature a "limited" menu and Eva has already signed on the dotted line to open a scaled-down version of Beso to an airport in Los Angeles.
We need to hustle harder!

i have never aten there, i passed it alot on hollywood blvd, would like to check it out, but uh, airport restaurants are not very classe! they are more like sports bars fridays or something…continental…ugh! AIRPORTS SUcK!

I agree with the first poster. I can't picture these celebrities cooking either. And, yes, most restaurants do fail. I believe the stat is 80% in under 5 years. Or 2 years. I can't remember. My father is in business loans and hates loaning money to people who are opening up restaurants. They are not good investments generally speaking.
