As we mentioned last week, it was Spencer Pratt's 26th birthday on Friday.
And the newlywed and Playboy magazine lover decided to party it up in Beverly Hills with his wife, Heidi Montag Pratt.
The two were spotted having dinner at CUT steakhouse in the Beverly Wilshire hotel, and although Heidi dressed up for the event, we can't say the same about Spencer.
But just what did Heidi give Spencer for his big day?
