Daughtry Hits The Road

American Idol alum Chris Daughtry is hitting the road with his band, Daughtry, for a tour this fall in support of the group's #1 album, Leave This Town.
The tour, which will begin on October 19th in Topeka, KS and wrap up in Evansville, IN on December 20th, plans to fill arenas all across the country.
Arenas, hmmm?
Sounds like a risky move for Daughtry!
Although the band has managed to nab four #1 singles with Leave This Town, do they have the star power to fill such large venues???

This information is wrong. The new album has garnered NO top 10 hits yet. it was the debut album with all the hits. As usual, Top 40 radio is being flaky and haven't played the single from the new album. I've only heard it on "lite" stations, while top 40 radio continues to play the songs from the first album, which is like 3 years old…
yes daughtry is a very successful group and lots of people want to seen them and there sexy front man I'm one of them

I saw him two weeks ago here in Chi-Town & he Kicked Ass !! The place was sold out with people lined up for a couple of blocks just to get in early with a chance to see the band. I was also told that they did infact meet & take pics with some of the fans. One woman I spoke to said every member was so nice & down to earth. I have no doubt in my mind the can sell out any Venue!!

No. They are dreadfully dull. However, if they don't sell the tickets, Simon Cowell will do anything to make it seem like they do. They are going to have to put out more and more money to save face. The guy's got a decent voice, but no, and I do mean NO stage presence.
