Levi Johnston's mother, Sherry, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to possession with intent to deliver prescription painkillers.
The grandmother to Bristol Palin's baby boy will be sentenced in November, but her plea deal calls for at least five years in prison.
According to the authorities, she received OxyContin pills in the mail and sold 10 pills to a police informant on three occasions late last year.
The genius claims that she suffers chronic pain due to prior surgeries, which is the reason the pills are prescribed to her!
We bet Sexy Sarah is glad someone took the spotlight off her shady ways!

Oh, how sad, too bad Levi doesn't know anyone in a high position in Alaska, you know, someone who could Pardon her, keep her from going to prison. Amazing how much things can change in just one year-just last year, Mom selling her prescription drugs-guess her pain wasn't that bad (and all the experts said the kids were the ones taking the meds and selling them, not the moms). Levi was going off and meeting people in high places. mom probably figuring that 'hey, if I get caught, my sweet , sweet Levi, boy was nice enough to knock up that crazy gov. loose daughter-they won't want anymore bad press, so I know it will go away' That woman probably crapped her pants when, first, Bristol dumped him and then Sarah resigned. And the sentence gets Lonnnngggggeeeeeerrrrrrrrr & LLLLLLooooooonnnnnnnnggggggggeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr damn YOU LEVI!

This is sad. When people suffer chronic pain, it's also tough to work in any great capacity, so the temptation to earn a bit on the side from pain pills would be ever present. On the other hand, Levi's damn good looking here. I hope he does well.

Jeez pervez, get it right. She will be serving 3 years. The court took 2 years off. Now, the big question is what about Todd's sister who was caught for breaking and entering (with her 4 year old). Sherri Johnston was selling out of necessity whereas the the sister-in-law of "Sarwhore" (whatever happened to Leona's Ghost? I miss her!) was actually breaking and entering to commit robbery. I wish more people would look into just how many kids Bristol has given birth to. Sarah Palin should not be allowed to get away with all of her lies and grifting. ? $150,000 wardrobe, ? Construction and materials for $500,000 home, ? Arctic Cat dealings, etc ,etc, etc.
