Sherri Shepherd is on the cover of OK! this week showing off her new, thinner self.
Geez, they're putting anyone on the cover these days! When's our turn then?!
Sherri tells the mag how she lost 41 pounds and dropped 10 dress sizes and 10 inches to her waist without surgery!!!
Take that Star Jones! Ha!
She explains that the secret was finding activities that worked for her (she went with tennis and samba dancing) in order to phase out her trainer, who she refers to as “the evil one.”
While normally we would care less about the crap Sherri spews out, we did take heed on one of her points we think is important for anyone who's looking to start dieting: everyone needs a cheat day!
"Sometimes I just said 'I don't want tilapia anymore; I can't even deal with salad. I want M&M's and Ruffles, and I'm gonna do it.' But the difference was I was gonna get back up and go to the gym and keep my commitment. I never once felt like I deprived myself."
That's some good advice to live by.
By the way, she may not have had surgery, but she sure as hell had some wonderful Photoshop done.

First of all 41 lbs at her body type doesn't equal 10 dress sizes but rather 4 to 5 dress sizes.

Look at the leg in the back, they photoshopped it out altogether and there's a bunch of lumps and humps. Plus she's in a sausage roll shaper. It squeezes fat out the top, you can tell under her arms and along the edge of her back where the shaper stops. And again with that odd job of shopping out her chin and the creepy shadows. They took too much and she looks like a shrunken head doll.

congratulations on losing the weight. however, one has to be series, the kind of workout and diet she had clearly didn't help as she looks disproportional; there is probably 6 sizes difference between the lower and upper torso.
