The song is called Change It…she is in a recording studio, can we not connect the nature of the video to the nature of the song? Dolly's career has been built out of overcoming obstacles, and music has been her primary vehicle. This isn't my favorite song nor is it my favorite music video, but you are incredibly dense if you just tag it as Dolly being on a tight budget. Someone with a net worth of 550 million dollars doesn't HAVE to be on a tight budget. Indeed, some artists choose not to inject huge budgets into songs about banging bitches and shooting fellow thugs.
