As Heidi Montag took the stage to perform Body Language at the Miss Universe pageant on Sunday in a sequined bra and skin tight pants, she was reminiscent (in outfit only!) to Britney's 2000 MTV VMA performance.
The aspiring popstar wants to draw the comparison, as Heidi told Access Hollywood: "I grew up watching Britney Spears. That's someone I inspire to be, you know, like, career wise. I think the world is ready for the next pop star and I'm ready to be the next pop galaxy, so here we go."
It was her first show, so she hasn't even entered the pop atmosphere!

I saw her performance and it was terrible. I felt sorry for her. She couldnt keep up with her backup dancers. The lip-syching was horrible. And it appears her knock knee was interferring with her being able to dance. I dont know what else to say. Oh i like the song though.

I really do like her music, it's fun, and cute and sexy. She has some pretty good dance beats I'm not going to lie, but she cannot dance, at all. She looks weird, awkward. Bleach blonde hair does not look good on her. If she wants to be a pop star it's all about image, really. If she was a better looking girl, that might actually get her further but being unique in what sort of art you deliver is extremely important as well. For instance her costume. There should be a rule that if you wanted to be taken seriously stealing Britney's look just because you think it's kool is a big NO! You have to be original. That rule is obvious enough in itself.
