Now she'll be able to tell her side of the story on recent events, including the visit that police made to the Gosselin home the other night.

America has stood behind you that last few months, mainly because your douchestick of a husband, Jon Gosselin, has been playing up to the media and is revealing his true colors. You start doing the same or begging for sympathy and you might as well kiss any respect you've been getting goodbye!

I like Kate.I think it would be hard for anyone to live under such scrutiny. We all have bad moments, stressful moments etc. None of us can say how we would behave with 8 kids in the house and our soon to be ex out embarrassing the whole family.
It his him out acting like a dick, spending all the money while she saves it for the kids (evidenced by the fact the judge handed her all the financial powers with limited access for him).
Whether or not she chose to have all those kids is immaterial. They are here now and by all accounts she is being the more responsible parent.
I think that she has held herself with alot of class while everyone has been throwing crap at that entire family (even their own family members).
Even if the marriage was over long ago, John should have more brains & class than to parade his new ladies around in front of the kids. Bringing them to the house & making the kids feels so uncomfortable they need to call their mother just shows where is head is at (obviously not on his shoulders!).

I´m still on Team Kate.She might not do everything right,but who does? Who wouldn´t take an opportunity to have their live filmed for all the benefits that come with that? I don't like her. She plays the dutiful Mom angle big time - but doesn't fool me. She loves the cameras and loves the attention. If she had ANY shred of decency, she would stop with the show for the sake of her kids now that their parents are divorcing, but no…. too much money to be made. Bad enough those kids have grown up surrounded by cameras, but now is really the time to end it. Its hard enough seeing your parents split at such a young age without every move being documented for entertainment.

Let the KATE PLUS 8 show go on and remove Jon so he can do his thing. The talk shows Jon, Hailey, and Kate 2 do pay them for their interview. The ones Kate G does pays Kate G nothing. That should tell America she just wants the truth out, not make money off the interview. The kids are having a blast. The only thing that hurts them is Daddy and his behavior.

If you ever forget why Jon left Kate, watch any episode from Season 4. I am on Team Kate (sort of), but man, she was mean to him. Brutal. I can understand why Jon got a divorce, but I do not understand why he is acting the way he is now. Hopefully, it is a phase. Otherwise, Jon seems like a good guy, and Kate is only a good mother, from the looks of it. I think people should give Jon a break though. I actually think Kate is a really good mom - the way she handles those kids - she is amazing at it! Maybe not such a good wife - but we all have our weaknesses and she has/had the biggest douche for a husband. But she probably should just do the show and leave the rest of the media alone.

Team Kate, but I do agree with that statement.
I have a hard time finding motives why seemingly a –smart- woman like Kate would treat the father of her 8 children badly when she absolutely and desperately needed his mental and physical supports. She is definitely smart enough to figure out that, there is in no way for anyone to keep a long-term relationship going by constantly acting that way. Unless 1) she was overwhelmed by the stress of raising multiples; or 2) Jon has been given her troubles on the side, or 3) the combinations of the above.
As opposed to Jon his motivations to split were 1) he didn’t want any more children after the twins and 2) he is definitely overwhelmed by the stress of raising multiples (but never admitted it) and 3) he also complained on the (very early) show to find out that Kate really is a brunette (obviously he is into blondes). Therefore, he was inkling that, these were the deal breakers for him. Instead of admitted that he could not handle the stress of the situation, he defused everything and blaming it on Kate for the things that he is now doing badly. My thought, someone cannot just turn bad out of the blue, if they aren’t -already BAD-.
For that I am still on Team Kate…K8… and would not mind watching her raising the kids alone and have fun with them. These kids are a bunch of joy to watch. My opinions…
