Paula Abdul announced on her Twitter that she will be hosting VH1's Divas Live come this September.
Says the former Idol judge: "Hi guys! im really excited 2 announce ill b hosting this year's "Vh1 Divas"!The show will be live on Sept 17th @ 9 pm EST"
As we mentioned, some of the big name performances this year will be Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis, Adele, and Miley Cyrus!
Congrats, bb! We think this is a great gig for you! Might we suggest you prepare an opening dance number?

I won't be watching this one. Best one was Divas 1999. They'll never top that show and there are no divas on that list.

This show is a joke and has lost all credibility. The big acts are Kelly, Leona, Adele and Miley who (while being good singers in their own right) have not been round long enough or left enough of a distinct mark on the industry to be privileged enough to be called Diva's and the presenter is a half mad American Idol cast off. They should just call it "The Muppet Show" and be done with it.

Those are the so-called 'divas'? Remember when people like Diana Ross, Cher, Tina Turner, etc., were on that show? THOSE were divas - this group is… nothing.
