Cops Remove Travis Barker From Shanna Moakler's Family's Home!

We thought these two put their bullshiz aside to focus their attention on the kids!
According to Life & Style Weekly, mayjah drama went down between Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler on Monday - so much so that the cops were called!!!
Seems that Travis was supposed to drop Landon and Alabama off at Shanna's parents' home in Rhode Island, but flipped out when his nanny couldn't stay with Shanna and the children!
"He started screaming and wouldn't leave the kids with her," tells an insider.
The insider says Travis was pissed because Shanna "refused" let his nanny stay, so to retaliate, Travis refused to leave!
Barrington, RI police have confirmed that police were dispatched to the Moakler family home around 4:45 PM on Monday, but refuse to give up any more info on the incident. The source close to the sitch believes Barker was asked by the cops to leave.
So shady!

I am on Travis' side FOR SURE. Clearly everything he does is in the interest of his kids. What's so wrong with his nanny staying with the kids? He obviously doesnt trust Shanna, He was bein nice enough to let them stay with her, all he wanted was to make sure his nanny was there so the kids would be properly looked after. Nobody knows what is going on behind the scenes and if he has a legitimate reason for not wanting her to be left alone with the children. He had concerns in the past about her bringing the children around a child molester, so maybe it is that. Maybe she drinks or does drugs around them. Who knows. I'd want to make sure my kids are safe too, but I wouldn't resort to using a social networking site to slander the opposite party.

Shanna and Trashbag worked out a summer custody arrangement in court so by him "insisting" on leaving a nanny with the kids' mother and her parents is just pathetic. You'd think someone who almost died in a plane crash fairly recently would take a whole different approach to their second chance. What a jerk.
It looks like he may be worried that the kids won't be watched properly. For Barker to insist on the presence of his nanny when the kids are in her custody would have to be mandated by a judge for Barker to be able to insist on that.
Shared custody usually involves handing the kids over and having to trust that they will be safe. Without that trust it would be a very difficult and scary thing to do. On the other hand, having to have your party present could also be used as a form of control over the other partner.
It is HER time with the children. I think the grandparents and mother are perfectly capable of taking care of these kids. If you have a concern, Call Child Protective Services.

if Travis is that worried, he should take LEGAL actions to guarantee his kids safety. If she was THAT bad, the court would have not let her take care of the babies. In the event that none of you ever watched their reality show, SHE stayed in bed all day, ever day. She NEVER got out of bed. She would go out around midnight, drink, take God knows what, and then literally kick the kids out of her room the next morning when they came in asking for their mom. Travis would be up at the crack of a bird's fart, making them breakfast, getting them dressed and generally looking after them. Even if he'd done a show the night before. Sorry - I don't know these people from dick, but where I lived for a year there show was pretty much the only amusement, and I saw it all. She is a druggie and not NOT NOT a mom. Not by ANYONE's definition. I actually hated him and his band until I saw what sort of dad he is. One of those kids isn't even his - it's hers with her first husband. But Travis never treated them any differently. I liked him after I saw that. Anyone with a non-existent parent would understand.
