Lisa Marie Presley Sued By Nanny!
Lisa Marie Presley's former nanny has slapped the daughter of the King with a big ol' lawsuit!
According to the legal docs, Christine White says she became Presley's "postpartum caregiver" only weeks after Lisa Marie gave birth to her twin daughters, Harper and Finley, in October 2008.
The lawsuit claims Presley never paid White for working overtime, even though she was working seven days a week!!!
The nanny's suit also alleges that Lisa Marie didn't allow White to take breaks for meals!!
Awful!
Lisa Marie's reps have yet to comment on the suit, but seriously, if you don't have the time to take care of your own kids, you probably shouldn't have any!

Hmmm… I would wait to pass judgement until more details come out. And on your statement on not having kids if you can't raise them, not cool. I have two kiddos, babies are so much work, especially in the beginning. The sleepless nights and days because you have so much to take care of. Twins, I can't imagine what that would be like. And the nannies for them are no different than our moms, sisters, aunts helping us with the babies, except they do it for free.

Did the nanny even ASK for overtime, and did she ever MENTION that she was hungry and was going to go eat? Nannies are not known for assertiveness in these types of situations because they are in the habit of bowing to the homeowner's wishes, so these types of issues can tend to unfurl.

LMP is a very giving person, like her father. Her and Michael Jackson spent so much time traveling together to help children while they were together. . . this just doesn't sound right at all. OT, I heard that she left Scientology, does anyone know if this is true?

That is sad if it is true. I have worked for and know many who have worked as a nanny for the "Hollywood Elite" and let me tell you they are a fucking nightmare! You are always paid late, have to remind them about your overtime, work all hours of the day and night doing way more than just being a nanny. Be prepared to be an assistant, chauffer, travel agent, therapist, nurse, maid, etc. all in one! They have no concept of anyone other than themselves.

my sister was a nanny for 2 years. the mother forced my sister to clean their house, even after parties. she never paid my sister for overtime either and verbally harassed her. she also told my sister to teach her children how to read talk and walk, to take them to the zoo everyday and feed them ridiculous veggie meals when she herself never fed her kids anything healthy.
i hate when families force nannies to raise their kids.
