Creed Playing To Empty Venues, Ha!!!
How sad!
You guys were a big deal once, right?
Not no more!
According to Comscore, Creed isn't having the comeback they were hoping for. A comeback implies that people rejoice your return. When no one shows up, then you might as well have stayed home.
At the past three shows that the band played in the NY/NJ area, the venues did not even reach half the capacity. At the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, a venue with room for 25,277 people, only 6,841 people showed up!
Wow.
That is one epic burn.
Pack it in boys, you're finished. People officially no longer give a shit about you!

I STILL LOVE THEM!! GOOD CHRISTIAN BAND!! DON'T CARE WHAT HATERS SAY!!
good
…wait for the comeback guys. All is not lost.
That's 6480 more than will be at your shitteous concerts Mario.. You should really shut your fat fucking mouth…how ARE those discounted ticket sales going anyway lard ass ???
aw, haha. their not THAT bad. i would choose them over the fucking jonas brothers ANYDAY.
You are really an unfortunate and terrible person. Especially iven how overweight and unatractive you presented yourself in the beginning. Karm can take you at any moment … payback is going to be a bitch.
aaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahaha
Fail. They were always generic crap rock anyway.
I definitely disagree with you on this one - Creed is an AWESOME band. I blame the economy and also all the competition in this world…! :/
Wow….Mr. Pot, Meet Mr. Kettle. You have some nerve saying that people aren't coming to concerts. I know for a fact that your shitty concert in Denver at the Bluebird Theatre isn't even 1/3 sold.
Haha sucks for them!
I always thought they sucked anyway. But they still attract more people than your shiteous Unknown Acts No One Gives A Shit About Tour.
My Perezcious would consider it a phenominal success if 6,841 people in total came to the 17 dates on the Perezcious Presents Tour. Buy your tickets NOW or you may be disappointed (by cancellation of the whole tour).
HAHAHA! Serves you right Scott Stapp. You Eddie Veddar wannabe narcissistic DOUCHE.
I was there and the audience was GREAT. The Pavillion barely had an empty seat in the place and the lawn was packed TOO. The inside holds just over 5000 people. And then the 20k capacity is OUTDOORS. Its LAWN.
…..and if you've ever been in that area? Its in the middle of NOWHERE. In this economy and the AREA that this show was held??? I think almost 7k is a GREAT turn out.
Seven thousand people is nothing to sneeze at in this economy. They won't starve any time soon. Who says crowds/gigs have to be big to be good? They can book smaller, more intimate venues and work on new material.
I hate them but I love their music. I am ashamed.
I didn't even know they've made a comeback.
So you can't really blame them for not filling venues when their record label doesn't seem to have put any money into promoting the band.
It's hard to buy tickets to a show you don't even know is happening.
Mario, you are really going to be eating some serious crow after your tour blows up in your face. I have industry insider friends at Pollstar, and I am told your craptacular tour is a total bust. SO before you bitch about a band drawing 7K in these rough economic times and write them off, you better be very cautious. I am pretty sure your money men are buying up tickets like crazy to give them away the night of the show, to give an appearance of a full venue. Sadly, it will be just an illusion, created by your failed venture into concert promoting.
Re: JayLink – I hope these comp tix are not given out to crack whores and homeless panhandlers hanging around out front of the theatres / venues the night of the show.
Sometimes bands don't expect to fill the venue when they are on a "comeback" tour. They are working on getting their shit together in small venues first before putting out a new album or going on a bigger tour. Creed is awesome and I'm glad to hear they are doing this. I'm definitely looking to see when and if they are coming my way!
Re: BeautifulBrunnette69 – Re: karencarpenter – Re: Canadiana717 –
hey beauteez♥♥
……………………….
people can't afford health
care and we have money 4/them>?>
yea, right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Almost 7.000 people showing up to see you isn't bad. They just need to play in smaller venue's. If that many people showed up to see you ASSHOLE, you'd declare yourself king of the world.
haha this is hilarious. Premiere Marquee Club just sent me 2 free Creed Tix for the Verizon Ampitheater show in Irvine. LOL must be doing AWFUL to be giving tix away for nothing. Anyone want em for 5 bucks each? LOL
i would choose them over the Jonas Brothers tho!!!
You'll know what empty halls are like after your tour lard ass.
i'd still blow Scott
That 6k people, that's the grand total of all the people who are going to view your 'awesome' show of 'most wanted' bands, right?

Do you even think before you share you opinions with the world, mario?
Ha I'm in Cincinnati and they are playing here next Friday 8/28 and last Friday our local blood donation center was GIVING away 2 tickets to anyone that donated blood!!
I got an email from Livenation that they would GIVE ME two free tickets to the concert merely because I have purchased tickets from the Live Nation website in the past. No catch, nothing- just a certificate for two free tickets to the show. I guess that says it all.
Awww, i love Creed..i'll go!
Re: TheRussianOne – When Britney was in Sweden some of her crew handed out FRONT ROW tickets to people outside the venue. So it doesn't matter if the tickets are selling bad sometimes they have plenty of extra ones which are suppose to be for friends and family of the musicians and crew.
Wow, very surprising. Opening night in Pisstburgh we had over 20,000 and a sell-out crowd at Post-Gazette Pavillion. It was probably the BEST of all the Creed shows I've seen, and they sounded tight and spot on. I'd definitely recommend the show. No clothing changes and preaching like their last tour, just straight out rock.
Slight lack of knowledge there Pez, Creed may not be popular anymore but the band (minus Scott Stapp) tour as another band called Alter Bridge who have released 2 albums AND have toured all over the world to great crowds! Maybe not with 25,000 capacity. But they are successful! Do your research man!
Re: SF90 –
ha i work for house of blues kid, this is not the case. But i do get what you are saying, but again, not the case.
hey perez,
i saw creed a few weeks ago in NJ in the PNC bank arts center and the place was absolutely packed. They may have booked to many shows but as far as not having a fan base i think they will be just fine. There new CD i think is going to do well for them. Even if not have u seen the lead singers body recently he stoped drinking so much and hit the gym so good for him
.
Re: BeautifulBrunnette69 – Re: karencarpenter – Re: Canadiana717 – Re: SheriMoonFireFly – Hello girls!!! I like them maybe they should play to smaller Venues. Moon thanks for understanding me last night on the MJ posts it was some haters I was referring to. Canada how things for you. Beautiful MUAH! It's nice to see you all on here this time of evening!!! Enjoy! Karen Hey there!
I WANT TO SEE THEN CUZ STAIND IS ALSO PLAYING
How many tickets have you sold to your shiteous tour fatty? Must not be many because you are not bragging your oversized ass off.
Listen to you talking shit. So, Perez, how are ticket sales for your shows going? Your venues only hold a lot less than Creed's and you can't even sell yours out. You are such a pathetic piece of shit!
Re: Paris France –
good 2/c U cutee♥♥
it really zuckzbuttzzz
when Dr.Deathz

Re: shortyflied –
luv y'r zcreenname..kewllllllllllllllllllllll
Scott Stapp sounds like shit, his voice is so weird.
You're a fucking idiot. I went to see Creed & it was one of the most powerful, amazing concerts I've ever seen.
they're amazing! i love their new song Overcome. I wish i could go to one of their concerts but i'm from Chile
Maybe they don't have the same success as they used to, but we the fans still love Creed.
I don't know where you are getting your info from…I was at the NJ concert and all seats were filled, only the "lawn" seating had some spares
I was at the Philly concert and it was totally packed (lawn and all). It's a HUGE outdoor ampitheater, so I'm not really believing this post… sorry Perez, but I think you're getting some false info…
What?? theyre back?!?!?
I had no idea! Their publicist is doing a SHITTY job. Im a Creed fan and I didnt know they were back.
if people knew they would be selling otu shows. They were a great band
thats still 6,840 more people than show up to you lame record lable promoted events
Schadenfreude wont make you any more appealing PEREZ!
Re: BucksRealtor –
yea and the show was kick ass to
they are my least favorite band of all time. can't wait til they give up and go away.
I do not like Creed at all, but why does this make you so happy?
Hey Perez look how your audience has disappeared you are a Loser . See the thing is They HAVE TALENT AND WILL BE BIG AGAIN .Your 15 minutes are over all the celebrities hate you you are a hasbeen as you can see only 20 to 30 remarks to your made up stealing, hurtful lies and posts you are a virus now go AWAY! Your personal appearances are a joke you can self promote yourself all you want its not working no one shows to see you. You have tried to hurt people beyond repair to hurt someones soul and confidence the way you have tried to ruin marriages destroy careers posted horrible pics of gay men , but you say you are for gay rights push people to the edge you are a horrible person , and you may laugh but you have to live with what you do to another human. Miley all the young girls you hate you are a cancer.
I can't wait until someone kills this worthless sack of shit that is Perez. Douche!
just like perez hilton presents?
No one even knew they were back together.I hears it just a few weeks ago. They were the biggest band in the 90s.It is there publicity peoples fault.I have not even heard a new song
Nevermind
hmmm, that's a little harsh.
I mean, at least they have some talent, they don't write stupid articles about mindless gossip.
I still love them, too, BeautifulBrunnette69! I am upset that to see them I would have to drive to L.A. I wish they were coming up to Northern Cal.
"Not no more".?? When did the people of this country forget how to speak English? Come on Perez, the epic burn is on you this time! I enjoy looking at your site, and I am sure that the money is flowing for you, please check your grammar and make sure that you deserve any of it before you post it for millions to see.
"Arms Wide Open" was played during my daughter's birth in the hospital room. More important than supposed sales during a recession as far as I am concerned!!!
This doesn't mean shite. All it means is that in certain areas they need to lower their expectations and play smaller venues. Cold are having to do the same thing. A band disappears for as long as these guys have and they really have to start from scratch. Alot of Creed fans(excepting those that are no longer fans because they want to blame the entire band for Stapp's prior douchebaggery)are probably not even aware they are touring. This is kind of like a business having to build up their clientele all over again.
No one even knew they were back together.I hears it just a few weeks ago. They were the biggest band in the 90s.It is there publicity peoples fault.I have not even heard a new song Re: mswabba –
I found out on Cold's messageboards that these guys were getting back together and that was about 2 months ago.
I WANT TO SEE THEN CUZ STAIND IS ALSO PLAYING
Re: MRS. JOSH HOLLOWAY –
I've seen Aaron Lewis's solo acoustic show twice; if you ever get a chance you should go.
Even if not have u seen the lead singers body recently he stoped drinking so much and hit the gym so good for him
Re: surfgirl066 –
I'm pleased to hear Scott Stapp is making the necessary changes in his life as the alcohol was getting him into alot of trouble. Thanks for sharing this tid bit.
Creed always sucked. Plus, I think you're supposed to put out new music if you're serious about the comeback. The Pixies and The Sex Pistols and Faith No More didn't have to because time has deemed their music to be influential and important. Creed? Not so much. Even New Kids on the Block put out a new record before hitting the road.
Ugh.
LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO
I bet $10 with my bestie here that there would be people actually supporting Creed in these comments and I was right!!! THEY SUCK HARDCORE. No surprise - the majority of Christian bands do. That lead singer is a narcissistic asshole. Oh, but he's a good Christian! HAHAHAHA yeah right. It's okay - go enjoy your Creed and whatever other douche music you like. Just keep it away from me and other people with actual good taste.
Shut up Perez. Why are you not more truthful about your favourite bimbo Kylie whose X Tour was playing outside of UK and Australia to small gigs of about 2 or 5 thousand in venues that held 5 times that many. Why else do you think SHE is dragging her tired old ass to USA for first time in her 23 years of crap shit.?
Give people a break..at least be more objective.I hope your ridiculous concert is empty !!
The old Creed fans are too busy frequenting Nickelback concerts these days.
they were my favorite band growing up and im glad they are back…as soon as new material is out they will be huge again
why not just play to venues with like 6 or7000 capacity? Its not there fault its there tour organiser
Maybe they will get lucky because Staind is joining there tour. I have been to every Staind concert in my state for the past 10 years and they always fill up a venue!
haha… SPAC was selling tickets for $15 and they still couldn't sell out!? Sad!
I was at the show at SPAC! It was nearly sold out, SO I'm not sure where people are getting there useless information from!
& they were AMAZING
Luv u Perez…but I'm not the biggest fan of Creed though my bf is and we went to go see them…they were pretty awesome and dead on that night. Not to mention that the other band Alterbridge (with everyone except the lead singer Scott Stapp) is AMAZING! Venue didn't look too empty to me!
That's bullshit, Perez. Creed will make a comeback WHEN they get a good manager and fresh material. These guys ROCK! The following they had will return and new fans added.
You're an ignorant a-hole! Whoever in this thread said bad karma is headed your way is right!
Re: Johnny Machine – NICKLEBACK is one of the worst bands. The lead singer sounds like he's grunting the whole time. It's pathetic when compared to Stapp's sound.
I went to the cleveland concert last night, it was completely packed full I love creed but I do have to say I loved them even more 10 years ago!
creed are sock puppets
No one really liked them that I knew when they were 'famous'. They were always kind of mediocre compared to the other acts out there. Reguardless, it still sucks that their comeback hasn't been as good as they hoped.
With arms wide oooooopppppennnn
They should have played smaller venues.
Not a big shocker to me. They sucked the first time they came out…
Totally!
When was 7000 people bad? When have 7000 people paid to see you, Perez? Yep. Thought so. If this site charged a dollar a year, no one would pay it.
Hate them..Love the shout out to Saratoga Performing Arts Center on your website!!!
