He Said/She Said: Was Shanna's Alleged "Uncle" Even At The Family Home???

More details have come to light about Monday's dramatic fight between Travis and Shanna, which led to Moakler calling the cops on Barker!
Travis believed Shanna's "uncle", a convicted child molester, was at the Moakler family home in Rhode Island when Barker arrived to drop off the kids with Shanna. Travis spotted what he believed to be Moakler's uncle's car on the street.
Note: Sources close to Moakler tell us the man Barker believes is her uncle is not and is definitely not a member of her family.
Police say Barker didn't "want to leave the kids in the residence with a pedophile and wanted a certified nanny with the kids."
Makes sense to us!
Well, after Shanna called the cops on Barker, police searched the home for Moakler's "uncle", quickly realizing the convicted pedophile was not at the family's home.
Barker finally agreed to leave, only after requesting and receiving the names and numbers of two of the nannies helping Shanna take care of the kids.
It's been reported that Shanna then questioned to police on how to obtain restraining order, but nothing has been officially confirmed.

What's odd about all of this……is that Shanna should be the one upset that the Uncle is near her children. The fact that she doesn't seem concerned is quite upsetting. I think Travis is a great Dad and if it were my kids, I would be throwing a damn hissy fit too. Keep it up Travis. Children are molested all the time and children need a parent to be looking out for them. She is a crappy Mom.

Well, if she is letting this so-called child molester around her children, then I would agree with him calling her a POS. I just don't agree with him posting it for the world to see. WTF is wrong with her? Why is she taking her children to places where there is a molester around? Re: WWDDD? – The story goes that Shanna refers to the man as uncle. Therefore Travis did. After the original tweet he put out saying to keep her uncle away, she denied ever having any uncles. Her "friends" ratted her out anyway and she said that even though she calls him uncle, there is no official relation. Another site did dig up that the name is in the database for registered offenders, so this guy IS there in the db. Whether or not he's around the kids, according to Travis yes, Shanna no.
Wow considering he isnt really a threat to children (the case was a stupid case of statutory rape which shouldnt be considered a child molester) I realize travis barker can be that ignorant. But whatever he thinks will get him leverage.
I can't blame him for getting upset, he's only trying to keep his children safe.
Just as my Perezcious refers to Lady G as the "wifey", Shanna has always referred to her BFF - the Perezcious - as her "uncle".
