Get your fill on this reality crapstorm while you still can loyal viewers, because there isn't enough for you to keep Big Brother on the air much longer.
It was just announced that after the series' next season, which will be its 11th, the plug will be officially pulled on Big Brother in the U.K.
Sources are saying that the lack of viewership has forced the network's hand. It once was able to pull in an astonishing 10 million sets of eyeballs each show. Now, they are lucky if they get 2 million.
Tough break! But we're fairly certain there will be another shiteous show to take it's place very soon.

It's an awful show, i think they should do another singing show but where contestants are at a festival and perform in front of a crowd and the crowd either likes them or doesn't and the public decide on their fate.

BB America is alive and well,best part is the 24/7 feeds that shows the house guests at thier worst.
I like Big Brother in the US, and even though the ratings are no Survivor, it still beats the other 3 major networks every week. I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.

I live in Canada and love BBUK!! But, since they stopped allowing it to air over YouTube, and stopped the live feed I've completely lost interest. haha, obviously, since I can no longer watch. The execs shot themselves in the foot. At the beginning of the current season the fans freaked when it was announced there would be no live feed. If you don't give the people what they want, they'll go elsewhere. I'm sure if they allowed viewers on YouTube to continue watching, and put the live feed back in place - their viewers would return.
Five, Itv AND sky one are all interested about buying the rights the show. Dont worry!

The last series which was any good was the one with Nicky & Pete, it's been shit ever since then. Can't say I'm sad to see it go really, but I'll miss Davina.

man, the usa has no idea how much better bbuk is than what they show on our tv's. way better how they nominate and vote.
