Beat-Her-Down stopped by CNN studios yesterday to record an interview with Larry King for Larry King Live. According to an informant on set, Chris answered every question put forth to him and the interview is slated to appear next week. (So much for it being live!)

I'm watching the interview!!! I've never bought a Chris Brown album before, but I'm buying his next one just to make a point. The hypocrisy in our world is bogus. First, let me state that I do not believe that men should hit women, nor do I believe that women should hit men. There's an extra burden placed on women, we must live defensively and protect ourselves. We check parking lots at night, look behind our backs, and refrain from "antagonizingly" hitting men amongst other defensive measures. I know too many women who provoke men, hitting, slapping, throwing, cursing, taking advantage of the misguided belief that men should not hit women, but it's okay if women constantly provoke men. You never know when a man is going to explode and reciprocate. We are taught to drive defensively which means avoid accidents, well, live defensively avoid altercations at all cost.

Sorry, but I will have to disagree with you here Perez. While I don't condone ANY violence against anyone, there are 2 sides to this story and its a little strange to me that little miss rihanna has NEVER said anythign about what happened. She has NEVER come out against him, against violence or anything. If she was really and truly an innocent victim in this situation she would be speaking out about it. Instead all we here is silence. That speaks volumes to me. I believe they were both immature, aggressive, spoiled, brats who have no idea how to handle their fame/relationship. At least he is doing all he can to show that he feels remorseful and that this won't happen again. I hope not. But I am willing to give him another chance. He has to earn it back and he's at least trying. Says more than what Rihanna is doing…which is nothing. Please. You yourself have made bad decisions and you got hurt. Look at the backlash you generated because of YOUR image. You may not have generated the violence…but you did somethign just as bad by using such a horrible and derogatory word to instigate anger. The reports no where state that HE hit HER previously, only that she has hit him. Also that she smashed her fist into his dashboard the night of that fateful incident probably after she golly-whopped him a couple times first. She is always the agressor but of course because she is a woman, it doesn't matter.
