Michael Jackson's Pricey Burial

As we mentioned last week, Michael Jackson's burial had been postponed until the end of this month.

The Jackson family has decided to move the burial from a Saturday to a Thursday. And it's gonna cost them a lot.

Almost three times the original price!

Officials state that in order to contract cops for the weekday, it'll be triple the price of a weekend burial. And getting them just for the weekend can go for around $50,000!

Apparently about 90% of that goes towards police having to close down the streets, getting security, and running a perimeter control.

They're even going to have a police chopper in the sky keeping an eye on things.

The cemetery will also be on a complete lockdown. One police sergeant added, "Don't even try and come, because you won't even be able to see the green of the Forest Lawn."

It'll be hard to keep the Michael fanatics away, though.

But more importantly, which Jackson is gonna pay the higher price tag to have the burial on a weekday?

Can't they just be sneaky and do it on the down low??

  3. 3

this family shouldn't even tell ppl abt the burial until after it happened cause they already know ppl gone show up and everybody gone be in the business financially . keep the family stuff in the fam not in the MEDIA !

Re: brainchild – If they did that how would they go about drawing attention to themselves and getting themselves plastered all over magazine covers? I'm amazed what a circus his family has turned his death into. I guess any publicity is good publicity when you're a Jackson.

His family have not done such a thing. What you and the rest of the world has been seeing since Michael's passing has been nothing but the media speculating, over analyzing, and fabricating every little shred of evidence or lack their of that they can get their hands on. You can't have the MEDIA requesting interviews and reactions from the family, and then when they finally give certain media outlets any of their time people take it as the family trying to capatalize on Michael's passing. It's a catch 22. Something that I have said for a long time now. Had the family been in seclusion not saying anything that has to do with Michael's passing, the media and everybody else would be calling them strange etc. for not discussing their family member, a family member who happens to be one of the most famous people on the face of the earth.

How to exploit a dead body ?
Disgusting -even his embalming fluid must be decomposing by now.Revolting circus.

He is but an ADJ. ( Another dead druggie)

Why wait so damn long to bury him?? Waiting for the right price, see how much money you can make off of this. Bunch of pricks, some family..

  12. 12

I'm sure the entire family is busy figuring out how to get somebody else to foot the bill. Why don't they just cremate the dude and scatter his ashes over Neverland? And if they're worried about all the onlookers, why are they announcing all this shit? Why not just do it without publicizing it?

  13. 13

And why spend so much money on a dead guy? How about giving it to some children's charity (you know, in an attempt to make up for all the kids whose pants he tried to get into)?

  14. 14

They probably don't care about cost, because the good people of CA will pick up the tab like last time, right?

  15. 15

Once again the Jacksons are going for overkill..just like the memorial when they expected 250,000 to turn up lining the streets and trying to get into the stadium - all police leave was cancelled and how many peoople actually turned up - 1,000….
