Shady Agents Fired For Participation In Texas Gay Bar Raid!!
They actually followed through!
After apologizing and promising changes in the wake of the violent raid of Fort Worth's Rainbow Lounge in June, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has fired two agents and a supervisor, disciplined two other supervisors and changed several policies.
The agency altered its stance on the use of force in various situations along with shortening agents’ shifts, increasing cultural diversity training and reviewing the agent trainee field training program.
“It is essential that every employee understands our core value: We do the right thing, not what we have the right to do,” said TABC administrator Alan Steen.
Agent Christopher Aller and trainee Jason Chapman have been let go along with their supervisor Sgt. Terry Parsons as they participated in the raid without approval, wore inappropriate attire and did not alert their supervisors that they made any arrests or used physical force.
Six people were arrested that night for public intoxication and Chad Gibson was hospitalized with a severe head injury.
Let's hope these new mandates last!

One of the bartenders from that club died in a car wreck a few weeks back. He was driving drunk and had just got off work. They coppers should have taken a closer look at the bartenders instead of the patrons I suppose.

We need more info and so do you before you assume they people were targeted because they were gay. Is this a random abuse of force (which happens all the time) or a hate crime? Either way I'm not saying it's justified but I'm tired of gays being bitches and thinking we all deserve some reparations and exceptions over everyone else.
