Weirdo! Ashley Judd Gets To "Know" Her Classmates

So Ashley Judd has started classes at Harvard to receive her Mid-Career Master in Public Administration, but that hasn't prevented the actress from engaging in some very… odd behavior.
According to Us Weekly, Judd recently invited a few women from one of her classes to her Boston-home for a "sharing circle."
"They assumed it would be a mixer with snacks and drinks," a source revealed to the mag.
Makes sense to us!
Well, they assumed wrong!
Judd coerced the girls into giving personal monologues: "They were instructed to talk about themselves for a few minutes," the insider claims.
So weird!!!!
After all the girls were finished, Ashley "thanked them for coming and escorted them out."

Uhh… I've been to things like this at the start of semesters. Albeit, it wasn't at a famous actress' house, but it was basically the same thing. It's good to get to know people with whom you will be taking classes and will possibly have to do projects.
In fact, when I first stared college, each semester started with students giving a minute long or so introduction about themselves, what they were there to study, and other information about themselves.
Had you paid attention in college, Mario, you would know this. Or did you not even attend college? Or is this your sister or your mother writing another boring article on your behalf?

I've heard over and over that she is a nasty piece of work.
As an IRL fan who lives in Indianapolis and goes the 500 race every year I can say she is one of the most weird people I have ever seen! No one can stand her, she sits in the pits prays constantly and wears dresses with no underwear! I think her husband went back to IRL b/c she couldn't handle the Nascrap crowd!
If it's true, then it is weird. Very odd and clinical. If the group felt it was strange, then it was. Too bad she started off like that at Harvard.

Who the hell invites someone to drive to their home, talk about themselves for two minutes, then makes them leave?? If she did this on-campus it'd be one thing…but making people drive to your house for this bullshit sounds totally nutty.
This was not WEIRD. Ashley Judd is not weird. This is ridiculous NON STORY.
There are other means of communication out there, besides verbally attacking people. And it's not weird at all.
It's not unusual to give a brief 2 minute introduction of yourself in class at the beginning of the semester….but it is a bit odd to invite people into your home, ask them for a brief bio then usher them out. Usually an invitation into someone's home is a social call not a fact finding mission.

Of course it's weird!!! Like Aussieone said, it was a casting call. Standing up in class saying a few words is normal, but this was at her home. Normal ppl would invite ppl over, serve drinks and snacks and ppl would chat, mingle and make new friends. This was forced and artificial.

I know the rumors-Ive heard that Ashley Judd is a rude wench at times, however as a graduate student myself I can relate to her "weirdo" antics. You have to be a brave person to reach out and invite people to your home in an attempt to make friends and its even harder as an adult in a higher learning program. I give her credit.
