Shanna Speaks Out Against Prejean
As we mentioned earlier, Miss USA reject Carrie Prejean has sued the Miss California USA organization, and pageant organizers, Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler.
Just hours after the suit came to light, Shanna is speaking out.
Her attorney says:
"On Ms. Moakler's behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms. Prejean's lawsuit is without merit.
More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms. Prejean's unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered.
Ms. Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law."
Well said.
Also named in the suit is publicist Roger Neal, though noticeably absent is pageant owner Donald Trump.
So she sues everyone except the man that owns it and runs it all? Looks like Prejean knows she can't fight the Donald! But she'll definitely go after the smaller heads.
Plus, we're sure it'll make for some juicy content for her book/interviews.

I agree with the poster about the peace sign, how fucking played out. As is Shanna, I can't stand her. If you ever watched that reality show of hers, you'd see she was a gold digger, lazy and a horrible mother. I always felt bad for the older daughter because she was totally ignored.

BUT if she would have said so it wouldn't be a 100% answer as well - she was asked about her question, and the only answer perez wanted to hear was "california" - everything else would have led to what has happened now.

History has nothing to do with this. By saying “ I agree with history,” is a meaningless statement, it’s like saying "I agree with time," or "I agree with reality.” To agree with three, or five, or twelve thousand years of random past practice would require you to take more of an inclusive concept that marriage has been between a man and a women longer then between same sexes! She claims the Bible for her view against gay marriage, but she doesn't use the Bible as a guide for her own sexual life. The Bible commands women to be pure and chaste, to never try to create lust in a man. The Bible states that if a man looks at a woman with lust, he should look away and never look back. If he is not strong enough, he should poke out his eyes. Do you think parading around in a bikini and heels, taking nude pix, having breast implants serves God? She seems to have no problem overlooking these passages in the Bible, while still condemning others. We are all sinners. Homosexuality is no more or less a sin then Carrie Jean's.
